Welcome to the Private Entrepreneurs Club for IT Recruiting. You’ve joined a community of like-minded professionals who are not only committed to refining their operational processes but are also passionate about sharing knowledge and insights with others who hold similar values.

Our principles:

  • We provide favorable conditions for our employees and uphold our promises to them.
  • We are attentive and clear in our interactions with clients, always honoring our commitments.

Community Rules: 

  • Topics related to religion, gender inequality, and the like are off-limits for discussion.
  • Members are strictly prohibited from disclosing any information discussed within the community, especially matters concerning the financial or organisational status of companies, unless explicit permission has been granted by those companies.
  • Each member is responsible for ensuring that the community does not include individuals engaged in business with aggressor nations.
  • Employee poaching from fellow members is not permitted. Exceptions are made when employees initiate a move to a competitor or are made redundant.
  • The founders reserve the right to deny membership without offering additional explanations.

Conditions for membership:

  • A minimum annual turnover of $200,000, with the ability to substantiate this figure.
  • A separate legal entity dedicated to recruitment and consultancy activities.
  • Recommendation from the existing member of the Club.
  • Commitment to upholding agreements with both clients and staff.

As we say our goodbyes for now, let’s not forget the journey we’ve been on. We started Talando back in 2014 and today we’re a team of 24 that is lucky enough to work with over 50 incredible, long-term clients. We’ve helped relocate brilliant minds from more than 60 countries. And all this has led to an annual turnover we could only dream of in the early days — $2 million.
